Be in the H2Know with Denver Water’s emergency notification service. While disruptions to your water service are rare, Denver Water wants to alert you as quickly as possible. Our emergency notification system automatically notifies customers about water quality emergencies and provides the ability to opt-in to receive optional water service outage notifications.

Denver Water will use several methods to inform you of water emergencies in your area including alerts through local TV and radio broadcasts, door hangers and automatic notifications to the contact information in your customer account. For us to notify you quickly we must have account contact information. Denver Water is asking customers to update their account information through Denver Water Online — our 24/7 account management tool.

If you do not have a Denver Water account or do not receive a bill from us; but would like to receive emergency and water outage notifications that affect an address in our service area like your home, office or child’s school, you may also register to receive emergency notifications and opt-in for optional alerts.

Signing up is easy — just click the button below that best describes your relationship with Denver Water. From there, login or register and follow the prompts. An email address is required for registration. We will also need the address of the location within the Denver Water service area for which you would like to receive emergency notifications and your phone number.
