There are no service fees for Text Payment. In fact, Text Payment saves you time and paper. However, text messaging and data rates from your mobile phone provider may apply.

Is it secure?

Yes! You set up your bank routing information or credit card number by phone or through a secure website, so there’s no personal information sent via text message. Denver Water’s Text Payment is powered by Western Union® Speedpay®.

What if I change my mind later and want to stop service?

You can simply reply “STOP” to discontinue service.
